Good customer service

This is my first day using the product. The UV bulb burned out within 2 hours of use. On the plus side customer service was willing to replace the bulb at no extra cost. I immediately purchased 2 more spare bulbs. I noticed in reviews people had difficulty locating the replacement bulb. I did not have any trouble at all.

Worth the Price

Our home is very dusty, worst home I’ve ever lived in for dust accumulation. This unit has definitely helped reduce the amount of dust and helps with odors from having three large dogs.

Extremely impressed my wife has allergies. Sometimes it’s really dusty in Vegas and this cleans the room we breathe better noise levels great low noise level for sleeping. Nice product all together so far we’ve had it about a month. We absolutely love it. I researched everywhere before I purchase this product, this seem to be the best product before I purchased it and it is wow you got a buy this product

Best air purifier I have ever owned

I like everything about this unit. Automatic sensor if you want that hands free air purification that you don't have to think about. The quiet setting is super quiet. I prefer the next setting up which adds a bit of "white noise" which helps me sleep. Remote control included is also a nice perk. The only negative would probably be having to buy filters, but I've tried filterless units and sometimes the cleaning is more work that you really want to do. Very pleased and I can tell my sinuses are very happy.

I have owned a few different air cleaner products over the years and have not really been thrilled with any of them. We have three dogs (two that shed a lot) and we recently moved and are now closer to a major freeway. To say that dust and dog dander were a problem is an understatement. After a bunch of research I came across the Homedics devices and decided to order one to try it. In the end, I am now the proud owner of three of them. I started with the one and put it in my bedroom where I could really track and manage how dusty it would get before and after using it. Within about ten days of running it at various speeds and on auto mode at night, there is a noticeable reduction in dust and airborne particles. I have certain areas where the dust build up happens quickly and on noticeable surfaces - it was about cut in half already - largely in automatic mode - and I think if I kept it on full strength during the day it would do even more. The other thing to note is how easier they are to operate. You can put it into a set-it and forget it kind of thing - or use the remote to adjust fan speed, etc. throughout the day if you want. It's also very quiet in the low or auto mode - and we sleep with it on. There's a little bit of white noise quality to it that actually is better than the hum of the freeway. Given I'm in a dusty/dog filled area I'll see how long the filters go before changing, but I can report that so far these are doing the job intended and they are affordable and I highly recommend. More to come in a few months.
