Good quality

Made in Taiwan so already a plus, good quality. Only con is the spout is bent on an angle which makes it slightly less comfortable to fill jugs.

Not a good experience ..

Had the water shut off to our residence then removed the (what appeared to be the exact same) filtered water faucet in preparation of replacing it with this new one. Did this same procedure 10 years ago without a problem. However after removing the existing faucet, quickly learned this new faucet now has a very short threaded metal supply feed tube that is too short to clear our standard 3/4" granite counter-top thickness - thus preventing enough thread length to install the jam nut and the hose compression fitting. Because the original faucet assembly crumbled during removal, it could not be re-installed or the water turned back on. So, instead of being able to simply return the new faucet, I was relegated to having a new threaded feeder tube machined to retrofit into the new faucet. This consumed nearly the entire day for a job that should have taken no more than 15 minutes like the last time it was swapped-out. Further, even though much care was given to not affect the new faucet valve mechanism in any way, now several days later the new faucet has been dripping about 3 drops per hour from what is obviously a defective valve mechanism, which, by the way is the sole reason we were replacing the existing faucet (that did not drip for nearly ten years!). Now we are faced with finding and installing yet another faucet that is properly designed and manufactured without defect. Why a manufacturer would shorten the design of a simple threaded feeder tube to be less than required for a standard kitchen counter top thickness is puzzling to say the least. Decent fixture. Relatively easy to install if you are no challenged by tight spaces. The one I replaced had a longer nozzle which I would have prefered.

Very happy with this purchase

I had to buy a water faucet urgently, when the one we had for 5-6 years unexpectedly broke. I'm glad I chose HOMEWERKS WORLDWIDE 3310-160-CH-B-Z Chrome Drink Water Faucet. I received it on the next day (even though it was holiday) and installed it immediately without any problems. It works perfectly!
