Defective shirt/lousy return policy

My wife bought me a HUK t shirt on Amazon. It was defective. The trim on the collar was coming apart. She contacted HUK directly. They wouldn’t make an exchange because she bought the shirt on Amazon. They gave her a credit for the cost of the shirt but it had to be used on the HUK website. I went to order a replacement t shirt on their site for $25 but the shipping was $19.99. Outrageous and a rip off. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Love the style but the fit was not good

XXL was ordered and sent in 3 shirts. All 3 were different fits. The teal was extremely tight in belly and arms, would need to go up 2 sizes. The blue ones were much better in arm the arms but still tight elsewhere. Would have needed to go up a size for sure. Will never understand why sizing isn't a standard practice.
