Not durable for the price

These boxers develop holes in the seat within just a few months of wearing them. For the price, I expected them to last a lot longer. Other merino wool products I wear either last a lot longer or have a lifetime warranty. As comfortable as these are, I won’t be buying any more of these.

Poor customer service and failed product material

Wool fabric stretched out and some other pairs had stitching pop. I’ve worked in the outdoor industry for two decades and Icebreaker has gotten too corporate and the quality is service has dropped. Two years ago I informed in one of their stores that all products had a lifetime warranty. So ordered them on line often. Upon calling their customer service I was told that lifetime warranty only applied to their socks. Twice the “chat app” disconnected and I had to retell my story, and even told the first person Brian C did not exist. For the price I expect the fabric and stitching to not fail in two or three years of normal use.

Extremely thin!

Within a few wash cycles, these boxer briefs became transparently thin.
