Strong odor

Exactly what I was looking for... except for very strong, bad odor! Tried leaving them out in sun, tried soaking in disinfectant cleaner, and can still smell odor from them in bathroom.

It does hold a regular bar of soap!

This is exactly what I was needing. The size is perfect, your soap bar will not sit in the wet soap scum like so many other soap holders do, and all at a great price and fast shipping. I also want to thank all the people that answered my question. You all helped me make my decision for purchasing these. They are well made!

Great soap dish

I had soap holders like these years ago and they apparently went missing during our last move. I checked several stores for replacements but to no avail. Then I found these on Amazon and they are perfect. Actually a little larger than the ones I had previously, but much better. They are more pliable and they allow for air to move around the soap keeping it drier. No more goopy soap! I also keep one beside my kitchen sink to hold my scrubbing pads. Great product.

Fehlkonstruktion

Die Seifenablage scheint stabil zu sein und weist in meinem Fall, anders als in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, auch keinen unangenehmen Geruch auf. Allerdings ist sie für meine Zwecke aufgrund einer ärgerlichen Fehlkonstruktion unbrauchbar. Die Seifenschale besteht auf beiden Seiten aus Kunststoffnoppen, was die Auflagefläche und somit auch den Halt auf dem Waschbecken natürlich stark vermindert. Durch die Löcher in der Ablage kann zwar überschüssiges Wasser abfließen, allerdings führt es aufgrund der beschriebenen Konstruktion dazu, daß das glitschige Seifenwasser unter die besagten Noppen fließt und die Seifenschale bei auch nur geringfügig abschüssigen Waschbecken somit ständig ins Becken rutscht. Wesentlich sinnvoller wäre es, wenn sich auf der Unterseite Saugnäpfe befänden, die für einen ausreichenden Halt sorgen würden.
