Runs big

I really wanted to love this dress. I initially ordered a medium even though I wear a small in regular clothing. It was enormous so I exchanged for a small and again, it was very large - not just on the belly but also on arms and bust. For reference I’m 5’3 and usually wear a small or a size 2/4. The dress is also much longer than expected. It is very good quality material.
