Brushed nickel matches the kitchen faucet

This is a quality faucet in brushed nickel, and I purchased it to complement the brushed nickel finish of our kitchen faucet. It is a bit taller than the faucet included with the iSpring RO system we purchased and installed. While I didn’t buy it for the extra height, it’s worth mentioning since we all appreciate the extra room when filling glasses or water containers. Also, a word about iSpring Customer Service. I called Customer Service with several questions about our new iSpring RO system. I asked about the faucet as well as connections to the ice maker. Michelle and John answered my questions. They were very helpful, informative and always responsive. I called before, during and after installing the iSpring RO system with questions and requests for product support. In one instance after installation, Michelle quickly sent a replacement part for a UV filter, which was part of our RO system installation. In another instance during installation, John reviewed my system set up and arranged to send several quick connect fittings, which were compatible with our system. The fittings were essential to completing the installation. Our family loves the RO drinking water!

Design flaw?

The media could not be loaded. So I purchased this 2-set water filter faucet, which is very nice. The design is very appealing. So after about a year with it I would turn it on it would leak water through the tubing on the outside and essentially wet the entire sink. This was very annoying and a waste of water as well. I would have to close the valve beneath the sink to make sure it didn’t leak. Luckily, it was a two-pack so I just replaced it with the second one and hopefully this one lasts longer than a year. I wondered if it’s a design flaw but the white plastic gasket I’m gonna call… it broke. I don’t know how it would have broken but I tried putting some teflon and that didn’t work either. Otherwise it’s a very nice and elegant faucet.. I hope the photos and video help.

This is perfect

I believe this item design is new and is way superior than the old simple push pin model which leaks after 1-2 years. Time will tell if this one indeed lasts longer.

Perfect

When I purchased my home it had a hot/cold water-filtered system with an under-sink heater. We did not use the under-sink heater so much and the faucet started leaking so a replacement was in order. This little baby looks great and was super easy to install with my under-sink Brita filter. One bonus, the water flow rate is pretty high so glasses fill up quickly.

Overall a good product so far, easy to install and water is great so far.

Over all everything works well so far. Easy to install. The only issue is that I can't tighten the under sink washer enough so the faucet is a little bit loose. Sean provided excellent customer service. He sent me the necessary pressure flow regulator for our particular filter.

Amazing customer support!!

I purchased an iSpring RO faucet over two years ago through Amazon. Recently I had a small issue with the handle. I assumed I would need to purchase a replacement faucet, but contacted iSpring to see if I could purchase just the handle. Turns out iSpring is an awesome company. My initial email was answered immediately by Michele, probably an angel in a previous life, who basically said “no worries, we have you covered”, asked for my address and shipped me a new faucet. No delays, no problems, just amazing support. Thank you Michele and iSpring!!!

Looks nice, sturdy

Relatively easy to install (had to drill a hole in quartz top, but not as much trouble as I thought it would be). Larger than the spigot that came in the filter kit, but looks nice and sturdy.

excellent customer service

I purchased an iSpring GA1-B faucet in September 2014. After a time (8+ years), the unit began to drip. I called iSpring customer service to ask about potential repairs. Michele (customer service rep) was very professional and accommodating, Surprising to me, she immediately replace the item without charge or shipping cost. Re-installed the new unit and it is working perfectly. Many thanks for the excellent service and a good product.

Feels very premium

This came packaged incredibly nicely, has quality looking finish (in chrome option) that seems durable, was easy to install with good instructions and operates very smoothly. Matches my main kitchen faucet nicely.

Great after service

Ordered this product because it looks good. Install was super easy, wish the under mount was another inch to 2 inches longer. Once install was done noticed a small drip when valve was closed. Contacted the manufacturer and a replacement faucet was sent. This company wants to keep you the customer happy. I have no issues buying another product from them.

Very good for the price, nice and sturdy, almost as good as the home depot version and simple installation using 3/8" od hose and quick connect adapters. (Quick connect adapters were included for installation 3/8" and a spare smaller one if your hose is thinner.)
