Love this shoes

I never heard of Jack Wolfskin I’m a size 8.5 and I bought size 8 because there’s no 8.5. I received my shoes size 8 , tried them on but they are tight as expected not too bad but it would be uncomfortable. Now I’m exchanging them for a size 9 hopefully they will be ok and not too big. I don’t want to return the shoes they look so good. Plus I got them at a GREAT Price. UPDATE: Thu / Feb / 16 I returned size 9 they were too big but I did find my size 8.5.

Good value and quality but odd sizing

I bought my usual size and these fit OK. The toe space is a little narrow and the heel cushion is a little loose, I'm glad I didn't buy a size up or down as other reviews suggest because it would be too big or small. The quality seems good, they have some water resistance. The lacing mechanism could be better and they have to be pulled very tightly for the shoe to fit, to the point it feels the laces or mechanism could snap or wear out over time.

A tad on the narrow side.

Great sturdy shoes but a narrow fit. I'm a standard width and these are tight. Not sure that buying a size up is the answer as length wise they are spot on. They are quite supportive so great for trekking, had hoped they would wear in and go a little wider with use but unfortunately not.

Great shoe, slightly on the large size

had this shoe for over a week now, and walking daily in them. Comfy, and a good grip as well as waterproof as you'd expect from a JW product. However the shoe is a touch on the large size compared to my JW boots which are actually a snug fit. I noticed a few people saying they felt the sizing was a touch small if anything however i found quite the opposite. They're not too large to worry about so order your usual sizing just big compared to my Boots.

Really good buy

I don't often buy shoes online, but really glad I did with these, they felt a little tight to start, but that was just the padding, which quickly went down to normal. Not done a massive walk in them, but a fair few miles, nice, comfy and waterproof, as it says, so all good!
