No mint, but it still has fluoride

My kid doesn't like how "spicy" mint toothpaste is, and I don't like that most other flavors either don't have fluoride, or have less than the ADA recommended amount. Very glad we found this!

My favorite toothpaste

I love the flavor of this toothpaste. I wish it was a little more affordable and a little easier to find in stores! Leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean and the cinnamon interferes less with other flavors than mint, so I can brush my teeth and have coffee/breakfast without a big flavor clash. :) This has all the things I love about more natural toothpastes without sacrificing flouride, which I'm still on the fence about ditching.

Peace of mind

Can’t get into everything here, but over the last couple of years I’ve learned that disease mostly comes from a build up of toxins in the cells of your body. From what you eat, drink, breath , the chemicals you use in your house and outside your house, and so on and so on. You need to keep your body clean! So imagine my shock when I learned that the toothpaste I’ve been using all my life actually has harmful ingredients in it! This is the first toothpaste I’ve tried in my pursuit for a safer alternative. And I have to say that I am very satisfied with it so far! My teeth are just as white as anything I’ve used in the past, my mouth feels fresh and the taste is great! I plan on buying this on a regular basis. To your health… keep it clean baby!

No sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), hallelujah!

I have a horrible tendency of accidentally biting my inside lips and cheeks, and these will turn into painful sores that used to take forever to heal. I’d looked into palliating the symptoms, besides numbing agents, and sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) was noted to be a culprit in not allowing my mouth to heal. It was immediately noticeable that when using toothpastes without sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), my bite sores healed about twice as fast. JĀSÖN is at Whole Foods, no more expensive than other toothpastes, & it tastes great; it’s not too sweet like commercial brands, and not hippie-weird/gross like others indies can be (I can say this as a relative hippie, haha).

nice flavor

This is a good flavor to add to the mix. I wouldn't use it daily as my only flavor but it is nice to keep the usual flavors from getting too repetitive. Also note that this contains flouride. If you are not a daily floride user, do not buy this as your primary paste. Oh, and it is a gel not a paste, so it rinse smooth and fast... which also means it dissolves fast with your saliva.

SLS free FTW!

Before switching to this SLS free toothpaste, I suffered from canker sores almost constantly. Now I can't remember the last time I had one. Never going back!

Love this!

I don't like mint flavoured toothpaste, so there isn't much else from which to choose! Taste is very subjective, but I really like this. I use it before using Jason's cinnamon clove mouthwash. I also like the company's green credentials.

Be very careful with this one - the taste may not be for you.

While I do find this toothpaste to work well, especially when used with the corresponding Jason mouthwash, the taste is something I doubt that I'll grow accustomed to, but you never know. I give it 3 stars for this. For a product to work well, the compliance level should be a factor. You need a happy user, not one that takes a breath before starting and sighs with relief when finished. :-)

Yuck

Great size product, but flavour is vile and soapy and the colour is off-putting to say the least - looks almost like a smoker’s phlegm. Definitely not worth the price.
