Electrician installed brown nuts don't match

Price: 4 stars Aesthetics: 5 stars Ease of install: 3 stars. I had an electrician install mine. I was not interested in having my house burn down, so I called a pro. He had a hard time with the included screws and the brown ball nuts that were included. The brown nuts would not thread in the included bolts. So he had to use silver plain nuts to install it. They are obviously a different color than the brown plate, but that was the only way to install the light secure. It was hard to hold the light up and screw the nuts into the screws. I reached out to the seller to ask for 2 more brown balls (nuts) to screw them onto the bolts. We shall see if they provide it as asked. (Update....so far they have not responded to my last communication.) Brightness of the light: 5 stars. I was not sure it would be enough light, but it's a small space and it really makes it brighter. Included lights: 5 stars. They do the job and I'm glad I didn't have to go out and buy them.
