frills are hard to put on and keep on
great costume- however the frills are really hard to put on and they don't lay out like in the picture. The tail also isn't very secure. my son was happy with it but chose to not use the tail or frills when trick or treating- knowing what we know now we probably would have picked a different dinosaur

This was "fine." The fan is not very sturdy and the Velcro is not effective at keeping it in place.
