So far, so good
Box arrived open at the top and it was starting to rain, but it was left under an overhang. I don't see anything missing and nothing looks harmed. I have installed it according to the directions. As soon as the cat shows up, I can give a review on whether the main coon cat is heavy enough to pull the thing off the window and how long is the suction cups out here for, and how well it works. I like the design. It's practical. Thank you KM Tried to upload the photo I have of the open box, but this is a very silly platform, and there seems to be no provision for it. Bad bad Amazon! Just another screwup lately.

Best thing ever
I was gifted one of these around pandemic and both of my cats loved it. My cats are naughty, so they chewed one of the straps pretty bad which I sewed together but it was about to fall apart and I decided to buy a new one. It’s like the best thing and they cannot get enough of it. The only thing I don’t like about this product is that I hooked it to the window by my bed, and when I’m sleeping, my cats think it’s appropriate to jump off of it onto my belly. ???????? if you got cats, you need one of these or two of these. If I had better windows, I would’ve install one on each window.

Great for larger cats!
My cats are both a little...husky. I was always worried about trying one of these things out because I figured they wouldn't hold larger cats. I was pleasantly surprised at how steady the platform was once it had been given time to form enough suction. My cats both enjoy using it to bask in the sunlight and it's become their new favorite spot. Make sure to follow the instructions and it should work perfectly! Only downside is that it is quite long, and may not fit on some windows. Make sure to measure first!

Cat window bed
Make sure to clean your window before hand and run the suction cups under warm water before applying to your window. It holds amazingly and my sweet kitty loves it!! Great quality and very sturdy. It even folds down so when you close your blinds at night it is not in the way.

Works great!
My cats love these kitty sills so much we have one in each bedroom in the house. It is simple to put up and stays up for months before having to clean the window and repeat the steps.

Hot Florida window might be too much for it
I was initially (3 months) very happy with this product, and my cat absolutely loves it. BUT... it's installed on an east-facing window in SW Florida that gets direct sun all morning. Not a problem in our relatively cool winter days. But now that afternoon temperatures are in the 90s, I'm having trouble keeping the upper suction cups adhered to the window (and yes, I've followed the instructions and tightened the ingenious thumbscrews). I suspect it's similar to the situation I have in my vehicles with suction-mounted toll transponders: They tend to dry out and become stiff, and one of those is useless. I'm soaking the suction cups in warm soapy water to see if that improves this product, but I may have to attach strong Velco strips to the suction cups to see if they hold better.

Cute and affordable
Overall this product is worth a purchase. It holds up each of my cats - the largest weighing 15 pounds - my only complaint is one of the suction cups does not adhere properly. The stability does suffer from this but still keeps the seat in the proper position

Adjustable straps would be nice.
We bought this for our travel trailer. If would be nice if the straps adjusted for shorter windows. We are going to use a couple safety pins to level it up.

Me sacó de un dilema y es más resistente de lo que esperaba.
Estaba en busca de algo que me ayudara, no sólo para mi falta de "espacios estratégicos para gatos" sino también algo que satisfaciera su curiosidad qué los hace ver hacia la ventana casi todo el tiempo. Cuando amazon me recomendó este producto, la idea de comprarlo se me hizo muy prometedora, especialmente al leer las demás reseñas que no paraban de decir lo resistente que era a pesar de su método poco convincente de instalación, sin embargo he de ser honesta, ni así mis expectativas eran tan altas. Afortunadamente estaba muy equivocada. Mi experiencia con el producto ha sido mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, al final todos tenían razón, esta cosa es mucho más resistente de lo que parece y por lo visto muy cómoda también, o mis gatos no se la pasarian todo el tiempo encima. *Actualización: Tengo las dos presentaciones y ya todos mis gatos han crecido. Tanto ellos como yo, seguimos maravillados con los dos productos :)

Sturdy and weight-bearing
I bought the single level window mount and this thing is super sturdy ! Installing the suction cups took 30min and I was sweaty by the end. Point is, you must install the suction cups properly (it is an art, I recommend googling) and let them sit for a few hours post-installation. I really like the design of this product for multiple reasons: 1) it folds up against the window... This allows you to close your blinds and was the reason I purchased the product. 2) you can remove the cover without uninstalling the whole thing 3) the top suction cups are ingeniously designed. They comprise of a suction cup covered by plastic cup and turnable knob. Turning the knob presses the air bubbles out. 4) the straps are thick (it doesn't look like it in the product picture) The whole thing can hold a lot of weight and I've had absolutely no issues with it detaching. So if you know how to use a suction cup and you have a cat, this product is for you ! ** Edit 11/06/16 : I've now installed this product twice (my cat can be a bit needy and required it to be more elevated) and have gained some installation experience. Wash window -> wash suction cups -> wipe the large suction cups that hold the platform with paper towel moistened with rubbing alcohol (this ensures wetness but quick evaporation to prevent suction cups from sliding around) -> ensure base is straight -> attach strap to one suction + knob and wipe that with the rubbing alcohol -> attach one suction cup to window, base is now elevated -> prepare second smaller suction cup the same way -> attach to window such that the tension in the second strap IS THE SAME as the tension in the first strap. You can gage tension by pressing down on the strap. If the second strap is loose you must elevate your second suction cup. If the tension in your first strap is decreased you must lower your second suction cup. If at any point your suction cup is sliding around wildly, it is too wet and should be readjusted.

Given she is a very sweet girl, she also allowed our 1 year old ...
I bought this in advance for our Isabelle's 2nd birthday, which is today. She loves it and despite my being concerned about her weight being too much (she is a Norwegian Forest Cat), it didn't even move when she jumped on it. Given she is a very sweet girl, she also allowed our 1 year old NFC to try and and have a nap on it. Both are very pleased with how comfortable it is, and the view they get through the window when on it.

Good idea for indoor cats
At first it wouldn't stick to window but then I saw that the strap ones cames in 3 pieces so then I got it to stick to window my cat as not been on it yet under her own stream have put her on it and she sat there for 4 minutes

Muy buen producto
Compré este producto en Amazon hace cerca de siete meses. Desde entonces ha estado en funcionamiento y a mi gato le gusta mucho. Las copas de succión son sorprendentemente fuertes. Cada cierto tiempo se desprende una de la ventana, pero las otras tres permanecen firmes y sostienen al gato (5kg) sin problema. Es muy importante lavar la ventana y las copas de succión tal como se indica en el instructivo. No utilizar limpiadores de ventanas porque no se adhieren. Lavar la ventana y las copas de succión con detergente de platos y después con alcohol. Usar un paño que no deje ningún residuo. Haciendo esto se mentiene firmes en la ventana por varios meses.
