Heavy and solid, good quality for the price

These are sort of enormous . I measured but you really don’t get the full effect until it’s in your space. They are heavy and solid. I live in a third floor walk up and they leavedeliveries by the first floor so I had to open the package and bring them up one at a time. But I think they look great. I didn’t have any issues with them cracking or being damaged like others did. I did order the weathered concrete because it was the cheapest color and on my screen that looked beige-ish in the main photos. But the color I got was exactly like the natural concrete which is what I wanted originally but was almost $100 more. If you are looking for that beige color though I am not sure if that’s how it normally is or I got a mismarked order. The big one also is making so much noise! It’s not a big deal and I am guessing it will stop when it “settles” but it’s so strange. When I was putting together something else I ordered I kept hearing all these squeaks and scratching and I thought it was a bug or or worse a mouse or something that got stuck in the plastic it was wrapped in. But after unwrapping everything the biggest pot just kept creaking - no idea why. I’ll update if it turns Out it is cracking inside or something but for now it’s just an odd thing.

Very hefty and well made. Packaging was item appropriate with no damages. Very pleased with Amazon delivery and customer service...so I bought two!

Product Arrived Damaged

Poor quality control. Box and outer large pot arrived damaged with quarter size dent on side of pot. Would return but it would be too much hassle on my back and bad for the environment. Company should offer the option to discount damaged merchandise rather than subject the buyer to a return process. Surely, this would save in delivery costs. The pots are nice but once they get a nick in them you can see they’re made of cheap material.

These pots were fairly cheap and they look it. Poorly finished; the inside of the pots is practically unfinished, lumpy and coating is patchy.....

Pot arrived with a chip

I was disappointed that my pot arrived with a chip in it. This is too big a d difficult to ship back so I’ll keep it, but it doesn’t look good on my new patio.
