HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE “NOT” CAPABLE

We purchased this wheelchair for my double amuptee dad because it states that is height adjustable. Once getting it delivered, there were no instructions on how to change the height of the seat so we called the customer service line. COMPLETELY USELESS*** We had to talk to three different representatives, including Irma and the so called manager. All three states no it’s not possible to adjust it. Then why have holes where the wheel is placed if you physically can not do it. After stating that we bought this chair from Amazon. They refused to help. They said this isn’t our problem and proceeded to hang up on us. I am a 24 year old women who was able to figure out that this chair IS IN FACT HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE. THEY JUST NEED NEW PEOPLE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO BE ABLE TO KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS BETTER AND MAYBE HAVE EMPLOYEES WORTH A DAMN.

Lives Up To It's Description

Wife was in rehab after back surgery and was going to need a chair when she got discharged. Liked this one because of the light weight and easy functions. After I got it I took it to rehab to see if she approved and was then going to bring it home. She kept it there because she liked it much more than the ones there. The people at rehab were also impressed and referred to it as a Cadillac of wheel chairs. It's very comfortable, light weight, easily maneuverable and easy to transport.
