Great Wheelchair, but seating width not as advertised

Ordered the 18"x16", however when it arrived the actual width of the seat is only 17". The inner distance between the arms is 18", but if you need actual 18" of seating don't order this size as you will be sitting off the edge of the actual seat and on the metal braces that hold the seat. Aside from this issue it is a well made wheelchair and I was really impressed at how easy it was to maneuver. Sent it back to Amazon the day it arrived and ordered the 20"x18". With Amazon's wonderful return policy it was really easy to do.

Worth the price

Very well built. Therapists were impressed. It has been easily adjusted to my 91 year old mother's needs. She could have used smaller rear wheels as her arms are rubbed by the 24" wheels if she leaves the armrest in the "up" position.

Bad spend of well over $1,000!!!!!!

This is the second time I bought this chair. The positive is the adjustments are awesome. I put the armrest up high so I can stand and down low so I Can exercise. I could not find another chair like this so I got a second one. It is very light. The second one I got is horrible to push, it gets stuck on the carpet really easy, The armrest do not lock properly so when I stand at times it gives and I have fallen. The front wheels constantly turn so it is impossible to simply roll straight. It feels uneven so I’m never comfortable. I called customer service twice and they were not helpful, In fact they have never call me back or contact me. I hope they read this and reach out to me because I’m pretty ticked and disappointed that I wasted $1500 on this chair and the attachments. UPDATE: Still no word from them. I have tried several times. UPDATE: No help. Do not purchase this chair.
