Not enough strips
So this was an awesome, but very messy, experience. I was hoping to be able to cover my belly and chest but there was only enough strips for my belly. It’s still thin in some places but looks cool. I’m honestly bummed that there weren’t enough to cover my chest as well but it would have looked ridiculous if we had tried. Had my friend help me. Would recommend buying more plaster, a big plastic sheet to cover the floor and probably covering your legs with the petroleum jelly as well as your belly. I was covered in dried globs of plaster goop and didn’t want that clogging my drain so we had to rub oil all over me to get the chunks off. Very messy but worth it for sure. Dries fairly fast so as we were finishing up the reinforcement and edges it started to peel off my belly. So glad to have this belly cast but since I’m not teeny tiny the supplies weren’t enough to feel like the belly cast is thick enough and I would have liked to get my chest as well. It was fun to do with my best friend though. Just know whatever you’re wearing, as well as what the other person is wearing, will get covered in plaster goop.

Directions are not upfront
So I was VERY pregnant (9 months) about a week before my induction date, I did read the directions for I had never used any product like this. My boyfriend was assisting me. The directions did not state that I should or even need to apply the cream it came with, to apply it on my belly before putting on the casting. When it came time to remove the cast after it has settled and dried, we could NOT get it off lmao It was stuck onto my belly, I started panicking, slowly we had to slide a butter knife around the edges to gain some lift, it was so painful from it pulling my skin and peach fuzz. I was able to slide some petroleum jelly with the butt knife under the cast and also poured water into it to ease the burning pulling skin sensation. It was an eventful moment, crying and laughing, getting lightheaded from my phases of anxiety that I was never going to get it off. Overall the product worked well! And I do have my cast in perfect condition regardless of the hassle haha. Just make sure you put the cream on before hand to insure easy removal.

Definitely worth buying
Product came with instructions, so it was an easy process. Will need a clear space with plastic on floors bc it can get messy with the water. Other then that my belly cast came out beautifully, in the process of decorating. A memory that will last a lifetime .

It was simple and easy to use. Nothing too complex.

Perfectly priced
The only thing that bothers me even a little is that they're all 4 week intervals except the first (8 weeks, then 14 weeks), but I understand that's typically when women find out and then the start of the 2nd trimester. Other than that, they're perfect size & price & I'm glad I got em!

Not Impressed
It started off ok and hardened in one area but overall its really flimsy, cracked, and is very thin. Definitely not enough strips/rolls for 3-4 layers and I'm petite with a small belly at 9mths. I think I managed nearly 2 layers. I've let it dry for nearly 24 hrs and had to add support so it didn't collapse. It still feels damp and soft. Now don't have time to do another or purchase more because of where I am in my pregnancy. Very disappointed with the purchase.

You'll need at least 2
We bought this kit, super excited to cast my pregnant belly. The process itself was a lot of fun, but heads up, its SUPER messy. Like, my bathroom was coated in the plaster. We had to mop everything down to get it all off. You will DEFINITELY need at least 2 kits. We barely had enough plaster strips to do one coat for everything. We had extra plaster laying around we were gonna use to reinforce it so it was sturdier (because one layer is definitely not enough), and it was falling apart as we were trying to fix it. We may have to redo the entire thing because it's just not strong enough. With 2 of these kits, it could be the perfect cast. It was drying well, and it was solid by the time we took it off and set it to dry. But it was just way too thin. 4 stars if you get enough plaster. For reference, I'm 5'5, I'm 36 weeks along (aka 9 months), and I'm about 200lbs (including baby and baby weight).
