Weighing 25.3 oz / 717 g (per boot), made with durable, waterproof leather, and featuring a moisture-wicking lining the Independence 6" composite toe waterproof work boots for men are built off KEEN's traditional wider footwear form. KEEN Utility products offer removable insoles. These dependable work boots are great for medium-duty work in construction, masonry, utilities, landscaping, maintenance, and transportation. All KEEN Utility products are consciously created using PFC-free water repellent, and leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. WATERPROOF: KEEN.DRY is a waterproof, breathable membrane liner that lets vapor out without letting water in for keeping your feet dry and comfortable; The Independence 6” Composite Toe work boots have a mesh liner that integrates with the waterproof membrane. CARBON-FIBER TOE: Left and right asymmetrical, non-metallic carbon-fiber (composite) toes offer unobtrusive fit and are 15% lighter than steel; These boots meet or exceed ASTM F2412 and F2413 M I/75, C/75 EH standards.
