Unhappy with not receiving what I ordered the first time!
We like the boots, but the first time they came the box had the right size but the boots in the box was 3 sizes smaller so I had to take them to the UPS store to send them back which is 96 miles round trip away.

Comfortable, didn’t have to break them in! It is lighter than the pictures suggest
I love them, perfect for the farm and work. Lighter then the pictures show, although nothing dirt can’t fix.

too tight on both the top and sides of toes.
The toes were too tight on both the top and sides, though it was supposed to be a wide, and the composite toe ended at the tip of my pinkie toe nail so as I stook up the toe nail pushed into it. I do not see a double wide as an option. PS, I was warring thin socks.

Possible defect with tongue
I like these very much! It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the tongue being cut slightly too short allowing the laces to lie against my shin when laced up. Likely a defect. I have two pair of these boots and on one pair i notice this...the other pair not so much, but the tongue is definitely too short on both. Other than that these seem fairly solid. I wear them for railroad work and i'm pretty hard on work boots. Not my first keen boots. Of course they discontinued my favorite style 4 years ago and i brand bounced for several years before returning to try these. I'm not disappointed.

Wife loves them
My wife LOVES these boots. Waterproof, sturdy & safe. A 900 pound cow stepped on her foot the other day & she didn't feel a thing. Keen got this one right. Highly recommend

Comfortable and stable.
For those who don’t like the laces riding up on your leg, try using the top hooks first then the bottom one and the laces when tied will stay in the middle.

Painful Steeltoe
First the positives. The construction is *solid* I have had these three months and they have not fallen apart. I wear them 8 to 10 hours a day, six days a week in a meat department, lots of water and cleaning chemicals and blood and fat on the floor. No tears, no rips, the soles are not falling off. The waterproofing is incredible, and the slip resistance works very well. They are high quality construction, best durability in boots I have ever seen. Now for the negative. The steel toe is almost intolerable. With thick wool socks (meat departments are *cold*!), they have a snug but not uncomfortable fit, I have plenty of toe wiggle room. But the pain from the steel toe leaves me limping home every day. I just wish I they made these boots without the steel toe. Because otherwise they would be wonderful and i would have given them a 5+ star rating. Oh well, back to the old skid-proof sneakers. :-(

It works.
They took some time to break in. Had to get thicker socks, but they work.
