Nice looking
They're really cute. They seem to run true to size. I ordered a 5, but my feet are usually a bit smaller than a 5, so my heel kept lifting up and rubbing. I had to return them. The heel rubbing issue may have happened even if they did fit; I read other reviews that mentioned it.

Good boot - but with some reservations
I like them. They are warm, not too clunky, and not bad looking. But the first time I wore them, my socks slipped down and the right boot wore a hole in my bony shin where the lower part of the boot meets the top half. Also, the zippers are very stiff and difficult to use. I lubed them up with wax and spent some time working them up and down. They are improved but still stiff. I wish the zipper slid more easily and that the zipper pull was a bit bigger and easier to grip. Otherwise ... I like the boots. I think if I keep enough padding on my shins these will be OK for snow shoveling and short errands. However I don't think they'll work well for long walks.

Betty boots are Fantastic
Was super surprised by the other neg reviews here. I bought a pair of Keen Betty boots about 10 years ago and wore them for 6ish years. My feet were never wet or cold for those 6 years. I live in Minnesota where we have notoriously cold and long winters. I’m outdoors a lot. Right now, e.g. the air temp is -5 and the windchill -20 Fahrenheit. I was just out walking my dog. His feet were too cold and I had to carry him (poor baby! -we didn’t go far at all) but mine were fine. I finally had ditched my old Betty’s just looking for something new and more stylish. I went through Sorrel’s, Pendleton, Sperry’s and others. They all leaked! None were actually warm. So, I ignored the reviews here and bought a second pair last week. They’re as great as I remember. Easy on off, lightweight, polar rated warm, fantastic grip. Sure, they could be cuter (thinner in the ankle? Brighter colors?) but they WORK.

Comfortable enough for winter walks
These boots have great traction, good size toe bed and are comfortable for an hour walk every day. Warm enough for -25 F? I doubt it. Warm enough for Iowa winters? Yes. I wear an 8, ordered a 9 and put my own insert on top of the boot insert to get the perfect fit.

Wide toebed!! Comfortable! Waterproof! Thank you!!!!
I’ve been looking for new waterproof boots for 2 years. A bunion demands a wide toebed, and my old reliable Sorels seemed to narrow the toes this season. I had to return two different pairs. These Keens are perfect, easy to pull on, with a zipper, too! And, the support is great- comfortable and sturdy, waterproof, with good tread. If you walk in the winter like we do, I challenge you to find a better boot than this. I’ve looked everywhere, and am so happy and relive to find these.

Difficult zippers
Beautiful to look at, good price and the boot I could put on was comfortable. However, I could not zip it up. The other boot wouldn't zip down. These were purchased to replace a pair of Keen boots that are worn but worth every penny I paid for them several years ago.

I love these boots!
Thank you OutlandUSA. These are a fit perfect, and will keep me warm while doing chores outside for long periods of time . The traction on the sole is a sure thing for not slipping on Ice. And shipping was fast! I really needed these. I will wax the leather to make them last longer. I will be ordering from you for my Husband and I again. Thank you.

Great boots
I have a long reddish Columbia vest I wear for work and these boots, they keep my feet warm all day, I get lots of compliments every time I wear them. They are wearing well despite the elements. The zipper is long enough I can get my arthritic feet in these and they don’t hurt my arthritic hands pulling up the zipper. Love them!
