Comfortable & Stylish

Picked these out for my 80yo mother who has dealt with foot issues for most of her life. She already wears Keen sport sandals daily, as they are some of the few she can wear without pain. So! Picking out a pair of “more dressy” sandals was intimidating. But she adores them! Loves the fit, function & style.

Not what I expected

Shoes too heavy, no comfort and dye stains your feet. Disappointed I paid so much.

Not secure on foot. Difficult return.

These sandals, a new product, allow your feet to slide out too easily. Keen is vocal about its 30 day no questions asked return policy, but does not state specifically that that period begins when you order, not when you receive the shoes. I tried to return these within 30 days of receipt, but no go, it was 33 days from ordering, although well within the delivery date. BEWARE. I have ordered from Keen in the past and had no problem as I was happy with those orders. I am now stuck with over $200 worth of shoes (2 pairs) and am thoroughly disgusted. I wonder if there might be more protections if ordered through Amazon. I am done with Keen, the world is full of shoes and more responsible companies.
