Runs 1/2 size too small, very comfortable once broken in

These shoes are leather and pretty stiff at first, but it doesn't last long at all. I am a true size 8, and while I am able to wear these just fine (really, I am keeping them), I would recommend going up 1/2 size (not more IMO). They are very comfortable, but fit like a glove, and definitely will not work for wide feet. I wear them with naked feet and don't think they'd work even with no-show socks. When I first tried them on, I wasn't sure that I'd keep them. They were snug over the top of my normal width foot, and it felt like my toes were at the end, but doable. No blisters or discomfort though. After the second day wearing them, they're great. Somehow the footbed relaxes. Really comfortable footbed and padding, and much softer after only two days. I just wish that the leather was waterproof. I am already really enjoying wearing them and know that after the way they relaxed after only two days, I am confident that these will become a favorite go-to pair. Note: I ordered the "gray" color. I'd only give this color (or the pair I received) 2 stars. The color is not really in the gray family at all. It is very much a taupe (more of a tan/brown color) ... but different from the sole of the shoe, which is actually gray. Time and again I find myself a little disappointed in the color, especially since there is such a contrast between the leather and the sole. Update: While the product page color states "gray", once you add it to your cart the color/item description displays as "London Fog" ... which I would say is accurate. The color does look like the trademark London Fog taupe/tan color. Update: I purchased these in March. It is now October. I wear these shoes a lot! I reach for them constantly. They are so comfortable, and so very easy to slip on. I also find that they feel very secure on my feet, which is a great thing for certain activities. Although the leather is not waterproof, they dry quickly and don't have any stains or discoloration. I am considering purchasing another pair, but debating on another 8, or going up a half size to 8.5. I do still wish that the grey was really gray, and not tan/taupe. Upgraded my review from 4 to 5 stars. I really like these shoes. They are super comfortable and I can wear them all day with no foot pain whatsoever! They have never rubbed my foot, and never had any blisters, and they still look good. (I never wear socks) Just know going in that you should probably order a half size up. I did not order up. I am a true size 8, and these are totally fine on me (after several days of breaking in), although I'm sure an 8.5 would have been fine too. Love these shoes.

A great shoe with a few design flaws

I love how comfortable these shoes are. When they first arrived, I had a hard time getting my foot in with a thicker sock on because I have a higher arch. It just kind of squished the sock all up so it was bunched up on top of my foot. If you can get that picture I don’t know. But it was kind of pulled tight around my toes. So I use the trick that Nordstrom uses where you take a rag and dab rubbing alcohol on the inside of the shoe where it’s tight. And then wear it with as thick of a sock as you can get it on with. This seemed to help. I really like these shoes a lot. I love Keens in general for comfort. I’m still wearing thinner socks with them and I may do the rubbing alcohol trick again, so getting them on will be easier with thicker socks. They seem as though they were designed for someone with a flat foot. And the elastic they put on the sides seems too tight. But once I have them on their great. I love the wide foot bed in the cushiness of the sole.

Inconsistent sizing issue

I CAME BACK TO DO AN UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL GLOWING REVIEW My Lorelai slip-on LUFT outsole failed in under a year - the bottom of the shoe cracked, broke and disintegrated with moderate wear on city street. They went in the trash early in 2021 - so about 1 years use. The leather still looked great but the new Keen outsole LUFT one hundred percent failed. Unfortunately I was so keen on the slip-ons that I went ahead and purchased the chukkas and the sneaker before I realized that the outsole was not up to Keen's previous standards. Sadly I can report that my Lorelei chukkas, and another pair of the lace up Lorelei sneaker I purchased also now have failing outsoles. The LUFT sole is junk. Keen - where is your quality control? That is the basis for your reputation! In comparison my Keen Vibram sole workboots/hiking boots are going strong after many years of use. I will no longer purchase anything by Keen without Vibram outsoles as it's a waste of money.

I should have listened, order a half size up

I normally take a 9 in Keens, I have lots of them. They always fit my long skinny feet. Not this time. I had to return the 9 for a 9 1/2. The 9 kind of scared me cause it was pretty tight across the top, plus my feet were right up against the toes. Got the 9 1/2 and the length is good. Can wear summer socks with them and very comfortable. Actually they were still slightly tight across the top but within a few days, the leather is loosing up and conforming to my feet and is stretched enough to keep my foot from slipping out but yet comfortable. Don't get unless you have skinny feet and go 1/2 size up. Goodluck!

Great for narrow feet

Love these! I was not sure what to expect with so many bad reviews, especially about how narrow they are. But I have narrow feet so I decided to try them. I went half a size up from normal like some reviews suggested and I’m glad I did. These are literally the only slip ons that I have tried that my ankles don’t slip out of, which bugs the heck out of me! The leather is soft, and so far they only have rubbed a couple blisters after a several mile walk, but still breaking them in.

A good shoe but the top was a bit tight.

I was looking for a good slip on shoe and keen is usually good. They run a bit small usually. This on fit fine for the length but the top of the shoe seemed a bit tight. I got blisters on the tops of my feet(I didn't wear socks). I did return them and did not order a larger size because I thought the length would be to big if I did, but it was nice to hard free returns.

Really like these!

First day to wear them but really like them! I like a shoe that comes up higher on the foot top ilike these do (don’t like toe cleavage). I also like that the sole/trim isnt white. I normally wear 7.5 but went up to 8 wide. They are a little tight across the top but that will loosen in time and I don’t feel like I’m losing my shoe when I walk like some that are too roomy feel. I will be looking for other colors!

Comfortable and stylish

I’ve tried other brands of shoe but I always go back to Keen for comfortable, nice looking every day ware. I’ve worn the maryjane in the past, decided to try these slip-ons. They did not disappoint. No breaking in, comfortable on first ware!!

It is hard to judge the width from a photo.

This shoe is an excellent product. I could not tell the width from the photo. This shoe was a too narrow for me. I love Keen shoes because they are well made and some do come in a wide fit.

作りが小さい

普段のスニーカーサイズに合わせ注文しましたが、幅が狭く、甲も薄くつくられており、全体的に非常に締め付けられるようなきつさでした。甲高の人にはまず合わないと思います。靴自体はかわいいと思います。
