Changed design and arch support
I've worn this brand for a number of years. They have changes the design of the hiking shoe, The toe box is a bit narrower than before. The arch insert is uncomfortable for me. Due to the narrower toe box, I did have to size up a half a size and with a change of the inserts the shoe is very comfortable. I have flatter and narrow feet and this SPECIFIC style from Keene runs narrower in general. It's the only hiking shoe I can wear from Keene since all others are far too wide for my narrow foot. Even though I have a narrow foot I really like shoes, sneakers, boots with a wider toe box otherwise I find my toes jam or rub in the shoe. Especially hiking down inclines! My toes are very long and my second toe extends more than my big toe and when you combine that with a narrow foot...I always have issues with hiking shoe fit!! I have always liked the breathability of this hiking shoe although it is waterproof so expect some sweating of your foot. My major negative is the hiking shoe fabric on the outside deteriorates quickly and forms holes that grow and compromise the waterproofing. It's a big problem and bummer! hiking shoes are expensive. When I say quickly ...I mean months with not a ton of use. It's definitely a negative and my only hope is that they have improved the material because I know I am not the only person with this complaint. I have tried other brands of hiking shoes and unfortunately I don't love the fit. Out of the box, no break in period and comfort are essential for hiking and that is why I come back to this style/brand. 4 stars because I did need to replace the inserts and I had to size up due to the toe box being narrower. As far as durability...we will see if the fabric holds up.

Great walking shoe.
This shoe is as I expected. My trip was cancelled so I haven't tried it out, but I expect it will work great for my next trip.

Slippery on some wet surfaces
I bought them to keep my feet dry. But they were slippery on the wet surface.

Very nice
These shoes are well made but they are a little tight and not true to size. I’m usually a 7 but they are snug. I’m hoping they will loosen up!!!

Run’s small.
I’m looking forward, if I can get fitted, to wearing for the first time in Ireland in late May! I hope the seller helps me out! We’ll see. They’re nice waterproof shoes, so I hope it works out. Stay tuned!!

Tight
I have size 5.5 feet but almost always wear a 6 for the width. I ordered these shoes in size 6.5 because I intend to wear thick socks. Even without a sock, the shoe is very tight in the toe box. A nice looking shoe, but not right for me.

My second pair
After 2 years of use at work and on our small farm, the old pair has been relegated to farm use only. Still comfortable, still pretty water resistant, but too old and ugly for work. Hard to find waterproof women’s tennis shoes with a sole that’s not white so they can stand up to more than sidewalk and pavement use. These are great for wet grass, dirt roads, and other less than ideal conditions. Good for gathering the eggs or feeding the cows but still perfect for casual Fridays at work. And the old ones are still just fine for gardening and hauling firewood

Shoe laces
Shoe laces way too short and slippery, more suited for dress shoes. Disappointing for a high quality and pricey shoe.

Cute shoe. Tight fit. Odd top lace hole.
I wear a 10.5 US shoe and although the KEEN womens Terradora 2 Waterproof Low Height Hiking Shoe fit, I would say it was rather snug. I tried it on with a typical calf-height white gym sock and I could tell that it would definitely cause blisters with how tightly it gripped both my toes, heel and side of my feet. My foot width falls in-between a wide shoe and a regular shoe, but I didn't find the width of this shoe adequate for my foot width. Also, the loop hole at the top, where the lace goes through, is poorly designed. It doesn't sit flush to the hole and is TINY. It seems like it would be a pain to thread if you have either shaky hands or poor eyesight. I didn't like this feature. I don't know why it's there, other than for the look. It doesn't add anything to the shoe. Lastly, I walked around in my apartment to get a feel for these, and I actually felt that the soles were uncomfortable, but maybe I was just getting used to the new shape -- the toes/phalanges are lifted and the metatarsus dips a lot lower than normal compared to the phalanges. It felt off somehow.

Good shoes, but smaller than usual Keen sizing
This is the fourth pair of Keen shoes I have bought, UK size 5.5 has always been perfect for me. These immediately felt too small in both length and width, and I don't have wide feet. I've just received size 6 and they are a perfect fit and seem to be comfortable so far, but I'm yet to walk outside in them. They look really good and I hope they'll last as long as my previous pairs of Keen shoes did.

Overall Good Product
I got these delivered in great condition. Even though I got the standard size for my feet. they pinched a little at first. But after I put arch support insoles in them they were far more comfortable.

I was looking for a waterproof walking shoe, and, so far, so good.
They are comfortable and, so far, waterproof.

Used shoes!
My new shoes I received were clearly worn outside with bits of grass and dirt in the soles. At that price I expected to get a brand new pair, not someone’s returned shoes. After contacting customer service I was told I could not exchange them for another pair, but could only receive a refund.
