Single Purpose Tool - Performed great!

Making wood sash windows for the first time and this tool has been really helpfull. Tool comes with reasonable level of instructions and in no time at all I was set up and making my windows.

Horrible vibration, not usable. Not returnable.

This is my second Kempston bit of the same type. I wanted one to use while the other was off getting sharpened. This one isn’t usable, severe vibration. Unfortunately the return window has closed and I’m stuck with a paperweight.

Nice product but limiting

This is a nicely machined tool but has a serious limitation. It's not possible with this bit to machine a rail with a tenon. The only way to mortice and tenon the rail to the stile is to use a floating tenon which necessitates cutting one of the mortices in end grain.
