Optional control available: 6 Speed DC Wall Transmitter Full Function (370036). Uses a 6 Speed DC CoolTouch with 6 forward speeds, reverse, motor off and lights on/off with full range dimming. It measures 54" in width with a body height of 15.5" and an 8" downrod. Does not provide lighting. Been a great fan, but hard to reach the manufacturer for replacement parts

I've had this fan for about 5 years. It has been mounted in an outside pergola. We live right on the water, so it has been exposed to salt air since installed. It has worked like a champ the entire time. I forgot to tie it down during our last hurricane and the high winds had it spinning like a top and the blades eventually made contact with the pergola and broke one of the blades off. I've tried to contact the manufacturer for the past 3 days....waited on hold for 25, 15, 10 minutes before giving up and hanging up. Put my number in a call back log and was never called back. Finally selected the option for "commercial installer" and someone finally answered. When I told them what I needed, they said they would have to transfer me to customer service. Once transferred, I waited on hold for 25 minutes and finally hung up. If they are closed down for the pandemic, maybe they should disable their hold functions and callback que. I just need to send money for a replacement fan blade. Please...please... take my money.

Good fan but I got a lemon

Fan was delivered promptly Box was undamaged Install fan Programmed as instructions would not stay programmed Contacted Keshler support Went through programming with them They sent out a new Receiver inside the fan Add had to pull fan down to put receiver in reinstall fan Still did not work Contacted lighting company that sold the fan they sent out a replacement fan And that fan worked beautifully Otherwise I would give 5 stars but there's but all the work to get the fan running and running ruined it

Defective item

I purchased this fan on the recommendation of my general contractor, as he had one and it looked and worked great. It was the final piece to install in my new outdoor living space, so I had an electrician come out to install it. The install went fine and the fan looked great, but when we went to turn it on for the first time, the fan would not move past the conditioning phase. I performed troubleshooting on the fan for several days, spoke with Kichler customer service and replace the DC motor controller that they sent me. Tried again and it still wouldn't work. Kichler then told me to replace the item through the vendor I purchased from, Amazon. The problem here is that I have to disassemble a defective fan and try and get back into a box to ship back to Amazon. I was hoping there would be some sort of warranty that could replace the item, but it appears I need to return, be issued a refund and then purchase a new fan. Seems like there could be a better policy here.

Decent fan! Love the size!

Fan arrived quickly. It was easy to install, UNTIL, we got to the fan blades! They were very difficult to install and directions aren’t very helpful. We like the remote and the screws provided weren’t helpful. We had to use our own and improvise. Fan appears to be working pretty well. We love the look/color/size.

Very Low CFM

The max speed of the fan is very slow. Very low to medium (at best) air movement. I was unable to install the fan in time to discover this fact. Too late to return it. #stuckwithslowspinner

Didn’t work straight out of the box

Nice looking. The blades are a bit difficult to install. Ours arrived non functioning. Called Kichler to troubleshoot, but found it was not fixable so we returned it.

Looks great, easy to install and circulates the air very well. The finish could be a little better though. There is some running paint or glue on the cover. Other then that, I'm happy with the product.

Nice product

Not trivial to install the blades and the set screws for the sans-lightkit cover are not fan colored - else this fan installs easily and it is virtually silent even when running at high speed(other than wind noise)
