Not really dimmable

I purchased 6UCSK22WHT and 6UCSK30WHT. The technician installed these (hardwired) with no issues, they look and feel solid and reliable they also work fine if I use regular wall switch but I find the light to be too bright so I wanted to replace a regular switch with a dimmer, tried 3 different expensive modern dimmers: Lutron Diva Lutron Sunnata Leviton Decora Rocker Slide Dimmer All of them allow to adjust the brightness but the lights itself produce buzzing sound which looks like none of those dimmers can be used with these lights. I want to point out all those 3 dimmers have no issues with my other LED lights from other brands. I've sent a question to Kichler regarding a recommended dimmer and looking forward for a reply. Until I receive it and able to find a dimmer I cannot not say I am fully satisfied because I was purchasing dimmable lights but ended up having not really dimmable...

Nice lights but not all dimmers work properly

Bought these 6U under cabinet lights on lumens.com and thought I’d share my dimmer experience to save you all some headaches. As others have said there is loud buzzing depending on what dimmer you use. I tried both Lutron Diva LED+ and Lutron Maestro LED+ and while they both dimmed the lights, the buzzing was loud. Contacted Kichler customer support and they gave me a list of compatible dimmers for the 6U series lights. Both above mentioned dimmers were on the list…so that was no help. Then I tried the Lutron SELV-300P-WH PRESET DIMMER as another reviewer suggested and no more buzzing!!

Horrible humming

The lighting is good, unfortunately the humming these lights put out is super annoying—sounds like an old fluorescent light. I would have returned them and gone with something quieter if they weren’t already installed and hard wired under my cabinets. As they go out will replace with a quieter model.

Poor dimmer compatibility

Lights look as expected. Unfortunately with either Lutron Caseta dimmer (standard and ELV, forward or reverse phase), these lights can emit a very audible buzz. I did notice that one panel is buzzing significantly more than the other two. Unclear why that is.

No more buzzing :) I bought it here on Amazon. Here's the Kichler help line: 866-558-5706, M-F 9-5. Ask for advanced tech help.

Great drop-in replacements.

I had 20+yo Kichlers w/ xenon bulbs. They were hot, spotty, and the ~30khz inverters failed over time. It's wonderful that Kichler makes a drop-in replacement in LED that use their age-old wiring & connector system. These are very bright, even, cool, low power and the replacement/installation is just a few screws and a connector plug. Brilliant (literally).
