Small dent in bar on towel rack

I love the towel rack. It had a 1/4" dent on the rack portion. I usually have a towel on it and it does spin around so I didn't want to hassle with returning it.

great, but came scuffed

Some scratches and scuffs on the towel bar upon arrival. Not worth the hassle of returning. Otherwise seems of decent quality, and (apart from the scratches and scuffs) is attractive.

Pretty design, though a little lightweight

I got this to match another towel bar from Pottery Barn that was damaged. It looks nice enough though is not nearly as nice of a weight as my PB hardware (which discontinued the pattern).

Arriving undamaged

The product arrived damaged. The bar was bent. Hopefully the replacement arrives without damage.
