Product was re-packed and had two dents

The product is of good quality but the distributor sent me a product that had been previously opened (as evidenced by the re-taped box). One of the two bars has two dents.

but they are perfect. The "patterns" on the parts of the towel ...

GORGEOUS towel bar! I bought this towel bar to match my Price Pfister "Pasadena" style midnight chrome faucets and handles. I was worried the towel bar would not match since it's a different brand, but they are perfect. The "patterns" on the parts of the towel bar that go into the wall are beautiful and look like an octagon or like edges (ie they are not smooth). I have several towels on the rack and they look beautiful! The towel bar is well made, easy to install and of solid construction. I highly recommend it.
