Plastic but you get what you pay for

We didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a replacement. So this is the quality I expected. It matches perfectly, but doesn’t fit the best. There is a tiny gap when retracted and it drives me nuts but it could just be our particular faucet. Definitely order to try. We decided to keep it because it’s so much cheaper but has been good quality so far.

I've gone through 3, each lasted 6 months

I love the sprayer when it's working, but the last three I purchased all lasted only 6 months. Highly recommend buying a different brand.

This is a terrible sprayer - doesn't even deserve 1 star

I have owned a Kingston kitchen faucet since we moved to Colorado 6 years ago. The design of the whole unit is a very good look for our kitchen. HOWEVER, the business end of the faucet - this sprayer head is crap. I have had to replace the head at least 5 times in those 6 years because the head invariably starts to leak. It might last 2 years or as is the case with the last one only 2 weeks. The leaks are not where the piece screws into the hose, but rather where water comes out in a spray. This has happened over and over. I finally had enough and took a chance on a generic spray head, & unbelievably it was perfect. DO NOT BUY this Kingston brand sprayer, they are terrible.

Terrible quality, won't even last 3 weeks.

I have ordered 2 of these models and each one lasted less than two weeks. What happens is that the buttons used to change between spray and stream stop working properly and the unit is never able to function in the stream mode properly. Not only have these two units failed miserably but so did the original head that was also the Kingston Brass brand. I bought 2 OEM models hoping to have the best fit and function, but will now never buy another Kingston Brass product again. It can not be simply bad luck to have 3 heads fail within the first few weeks of using each of them. Of course I waited on filing the return for my first replacement to long accidentally and am unable to return it. Also a side note, the faucet handle itself gets extremely hot when you are running hot water for dished. I could understand the head getting hot potentially, but not the handle the controls the water temp and on/off feature of the faucet. All in all, I don't think the Kingston Brass product line is of good quality. I doubt I have the entire faucet very long at all.
