A waste of time and money for the want of a ...
The description was for brass/porcelain, with a chrome finish. I chose this soap dish for the aqua green color of the "porcelain" dish. I assumed the dish was green glass, rather than porcelain because it was translucent. The dish insert was light weight clear plastic. I believe that they may have tinted the soap dish picture, so that it would show up in the photo. But, there was no mention the dish was clear plastic, or that it was not porcelain. A waste of time and money for the want of a few words of additional information.

Thin coating of brass, not solid
I was using the rough side of a sponge to clean my sink and accidentally ran over part of this drain. There are two small scratches showing through to the steel beneath. This piece will obviously not hold up over time. I will return if I can.
