Uncleanable Handles
The faucet that I have is not precisely this model, but it looks the same. It has the same clear-plastic handles and and the same black-plastic sprayer. (The base of my faucet is rectangular instead of oval.) It has probably been in place since the house was built, about 50 years ago. By now, it is understandably scratched and deeply scarred, but what I object to is the difficulty of cleaning it. You have to fold a dishrag in half and run it around the base of the handles periodically to remove accumulated sludge. However, inside the clear handles is a disgusting accumulation of filth and mold that is impossible to remove. As for the sprayer, it diverts only a tiny fraction of the water from the faucet, so it wastes enormous amounts of water when used.
