Shower head is the worst I've EVER used!

The shower head is terrible. Worst I've ever used. Took it back off and replaced with old one. If I didn't already have everything sealed up and soldered in, I would have returned everything but tub spout and handles work good so I just replaced the awful shower head

Very easy to install

I have installed many and thus is metal valves not plastic like so many are now days. Went in great and works great!

Exactly what I needed

I needed to replace a 40 year old bathroom tub faucet without doing a major remodel of an all tile bathroom. This is exactly what I needed. Fits well to existing holes. Mildly surprised that the entire fixture was all metal, even the beauty rings, no plastic in site.

Parts missing and …

I’m going to call the company tomorrow and see if they will send me the part I need because there was a handle missing. I hope that’s all that’s missing because we really need to get these put in for the house to go on the market. The other thing I’m not real thrilled about is that although it does look like brushed nickel, it is a slightly warm, brushed nickel. It’s not as silver, looking as the other brushed nickel hardware in the bathroom.

Seven years later, still going strong.

I had to check in and remind myself what brand this was. I couldn't have asked for a better product. Seven years later, and it's still in great shape. No tarnishing (unlike the Moen in the kitchen), not discoloration, and the satin nickel is still as good as it was when I bought it. I never did use the shower head, so I can't attest to that, but the faucet is great quality.
