worth getting to have a set for all types of fastening...

it's a klein tool.. well made... everything there to get your tightening task done.... thing about bit use, would like to see longer bit instead of the tinier fingernail size bit to get in the insert... barring fumbling, works...

Great tool and bit set

This replaced my worn out over 30year old craftsman 7 driver set and has came very handy more than I had imagined. My vacuum rollerbrush had become clogged so full of hair and the fastners were of the anti-tamper type... needless to say, had this on hand and took vacuum apart, did deep clean and put it back together with this tool. Every homeowner and/or DIY'r should have this in their tool arsenal!

Klein Always Gets It

I use Klein tools every day. They are great quality and get the job done. I actually got this set for home use. It's nice to have allen/hex bits because of all the home products that use those fasteners now. My only issue is that this didn't come with standard phillips and flathead bits. Kind of weird. I have a whole solid set of Klein screwdrivers that are phillips and flathead, but I was kind of hoping to just get this and throw it in a bag and take it to where I'm working. Instead I'll have to grab a phillips and flathead too. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice if they had included them. Having said that, this set came in handy when the wife came home with her latest Ikea find that I had to assemble. We have some chairs on back-order that will for sure need this bit driver. I just love Klein. They make some of the best grips in the industry and their quality holds up. I might try to find some bits with a holder that I can keep with this or attach to this so I have all of the ones I need.

Not ideal for screws that are deep inside a machine

As you can see, the metal that is supposed to hold the magnetic screw is the reason for my medium score. The screw that in this fan is deep. Unfortunately, the thing that makes this product look great is a hinderance when it comes to projects like these. I was so excited to use this tool because it came with different size spanners and was looking forward to having a clean fan. I really wanted to keep this tool but it’s not worth it in the long run. I’m leaving this review for those that think this can fit in any hole to get to the bottom of the screw. It does not. It falls short.

Had what I needed, when I needed it.

Admittedly, I’m sort of a Klein fanboy. Regardless, you can’t beat the simplicity and versatility of the magnetic tipped screwdriver. This model is my favorite type. No proprietary bits, it can use other 1/4 in. Hex bits. BUT, the set it came with fits the majority of the security fasteners I encounter and cursed before now.

These are the best bits I have found for small screws & good variety for a good fit.

Outstanding quality item as always from Klein.

I use this product in my place of work, which uses some of these security attachments. It is also used on a daily basis. I have come across a few stubborn screws in the past and I haven't damaged the attachments yet, whereas with other tool companies, I have found the screwdriver attachments to be inferior.

Really good quality magnetic driver

Pros: Really good quality magnetic driver, I really like Klein handles and the fact that its long enough to provide decent leverage with relatively short 1" bits. Good selection of bits. I have yet to come across a security fastener that this selection doesn't have the bit for. Cons: Bit container has no cover or lid and its also a bit awkward to store in tool bags. It doesn't really fit into any screwdriver/pliers pocket, would have been nice if it did. The quality of bits is sub-par. Some look better than others and they inconsistent. Some of the holes are off center, although that hasn't really interfered with any of the fasteners. Overall its a decent set and is good value for money. I got it on sale at Amazon so it was an even better deal. To the guy looking for slotted/Philips bits, you are perhaps better off looking for something at local hardware store as you clearly don't know what this is.

Made in China???

Not sure if this is genuine Klein or not. Handle says made in China which is odd since most Klein screwdrivers are made in the U.S.A. Overall it seems like good quality and it includes all the security bits you should need. Also it includes a 1/4 drive adapter which is nice to have for a screwdriver.
