It's Klein it works
I mean it's a Klein so it's gonna be good. Not a fan of the always open cause it's inconvenient in a pocket so I ripped the spring out. Works flawlessly though.

This and a 10-1 is all u need
First thing remove the spring, now u don’t need a lock. I don’t even carry my linemen’s anymore. If I can’t hit something hard enough (witch is rare) I’ll just grab a hammer. U can get on lock rings nicely. And the best part is the cutter, what make this the best pair of do it all’s out there! The curve makes cutting almost as easy as good long dikes. Kline- please add a fish tape puller and get rid of the spring.

Great Tool
Best wire strippers I've ever used!

Worth the money
Strips wires easily. After using some cheap strippers/crimpers for years, and cursing the last fluorescent light install in the laundry room bc the wires would not strip. I bought these and already used them twice with minimal effort stripping wires. Buy nice or buy twice.

Wish it had a lock closed
A great & well-built wire stripping tool. I certainly miss that it doesn't have a lock closed feature for storing in the tool bag. So I couldn't give it 5 stars for "easy to use"!

Better than linemen's pliers for a homeowner
I do a lot of "homeowner" type electrical - replacing switches with dimmers, installing new plug boxes and light fixtures etc. I really needed something that would securely grip and twist 3-4 wires so I could get a marrette onto them, and while a regular set of lineman's pliers would do the job they won't strip the wires or put nice hooks on them. These hybrid pliers do everything I need them to do. The milled jaws have sharp serrations on them like a file almost, the stripper blades are precise and easy to use, and the shears will easily cut a whole section of 14/2. The handles are comfortable and give you decent leverage. The only reason this doesn't get 5/5 is because there is no way to lock them shut for storage or to fit nicely in your pocket. They stay sprung open, which is not handy at all. However, they're a lot cheaper than the comparable Knipex and if you don't use them on a jobsite that's probably not a major consideration.

Best Klein combination wire strippers/pliers on the market!
These strippers are fantastic! I no longer need to carry around both my linesman pliers and a set a strippers when finishing as these are 2-in-1. The stripping holes strip wire amazingly, the shear cutting holes cut 6-32 screws with ease and 8-32 screws with a bit of elbow grease. The blunt end of the pliers are good enough to make wire connections to join multiple wires and also hefty enough to be used as a motivator if something is being stubborn. The blue handles are very comfortable and stylish; they are made of a heavy duty material that will last a lifetime if well treated and the color is beautiful. These are hands down my new favorite tool and I would recommend them to any residential or commercial Electrician! Don't wait. This tool will pay for itself after it's first day of use. Work safe boys and girls:)

Decent tool
I can’t figure out precisely what it is about them that annoys me, but they do. I think it’s the lack of a lock to keep the handles closed. Other than that they strip better than the other Klein’s. Sharp and clean. Pliers for twisting annoy me too and I tend to reach for my linesman pliers instead.

No Lock
I bought these as a replacement for the previous model. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. They even have the notch in the handle where the lock should be (and was in the old model). For a tool with a spring, a lock is important, especially when it's going into a tool bag. I'm now looking at Knipex to put into my field bag.

Great Strippers
I love these strippers, really convenient and better than the catapults because you can cut wire to length and strip. Heavy duty strippers and nice handle and grip. The flat tips are nice for twisting and the wire gage is spot out on. These strippers should last a long time with regular usage
