Drips...
Installation was a pain, although, perhaps self-inflicted. The side of the hose, that connects to the faucet is weird -- it is a A NOT-THREADED male piece of brass. The folks at Home Depot have never seen such a connector -- the Kohler parts they sell there all have threaded connectors. Fortunately, they found that it fits into a 3/8" Sharkbite connector, which come with a variety of threads on the other end. Once connected the handle proved somewhat dissatisfying for the following reasons, listed from least to most troubling: 1. It is bigger than the handle we had before -- the cold-water handle next to it gets caught if you're not careful. 2. It has two shower-modes -- and you activate the other one by pushing the second button (with your thumb). That second mode, however, does not stay on -- when you release the trigger, it resets to the primary mode. Also, once the secondary mode is enabled, there is no way to return to the primary one without releasing the trigger. I would've preferred the modes to be settable independently of the flow, and remain in effect until changed. 3. The worst is, the thing DRIPS! That is, once I'm done using it, and put the handle back into place, the water remaining in the head will keep on dripping for a while (until it drains out). If you can position the handle over your sink, that's not a big problem -- just an annoyance. If you cannot, be ready for the perpetually-wet area there. Oh, and, though it has a shiny metal-like finish, the handle is China-made plastic...
