does the slow-close work properly??????I'm not sure that the slow-close is workin

I' not sure the slow-close feature is working properly?? It free falls half way down before it start's to slow close, My other slow lid seats don't do that????? Is mine defective??? Let me knowwhat to do?? Thanks...

Great seat replacement. Easy to clean. Soft close. Installed over toilet with attached bidet.

Seat moves all around

Not up to Kohler standards not worth $60! The hinge is faulty design as it allows the seat to move side to side constantly. It is not where the toilet seat bolts to the toilet, but the hinge itself. Does not sit right for more than two or three uses. This thing is dangerous, especially for the elderly & disabled. Box states that it does not returnable if out of original package or used. Would love it if someone from Kohler would reach out to make this right
