We needed it quickly and received it the next day.

Perfect for our immediate needs after surgery. Might keep it on the master shower just for the double heads and variable sprays. Lower price than the big box stores and free delivery with Prime.

Powerful, full flow

The Awaken 3&5 function heads are amazing. Remove the flow restricters and they really offer one of the best full flow high volume showers. The adjustment trigger/lever is perfectly placed for one hand operation and the head-to-handle angle allows for a large amount of variation when mounted.

Good shower head with unique feature

I was questioning whether the head swivel from vertical to horizontal was more of a gimmick than anything else, but decided I liked the styling and would give it a try. I will say it is different and I use both positions often which are very easy to rotate to. Horizontal really makes you feel like the water is going completely from shoulder to shoulder, while vertical feels more like a wall of water is going across your torso. I've had dual showerheads before, but I will say this Kohler feels nicer than any of those. Pressure is great and it has the right amount of different settings without being annoying and they are very easy to click through. The center knob can control which head gets water and is a little tighter to turn, but not too bad as I don't need to use that very often. Overall, I'm very pleased with this showerhead and would recommend it.

Koehler makes great products

I have had Moen and Delta devices on my kitchen faucet, shower head and bathroom faucets. Koehler costs more but is a far better product choice. The others go bad in just a few years. You get what you pay for.

Poor water flow, unable to easily remove the water flow restrictor

It looks nice, the water flow restrictor prohibis full poetntial of this shower head, and it doesn't have a wide spray as advertised.

High quality and excellent design.

The features and adjustability of this Kohler showerhead fit exactly what I was searching. Both of the heads are adjustable in direction and in waterflow pattern. The color, oil-rubbed bronze, is great. The magnet on the handheld head is strong, but still easy to remove to use as a handheld. It was easy to install and looks great. I highly recommend this product.

Great upgrade and easy to install

I ordered this from warehouse deals and it arrived brand new, which is a definite plus. At that price it was a great deal for upgrading my very dated shower. It was very easy to install, and I appreciate that it has so much adjustability. My shower's spout isn't perfectly centred/straight, but that's not an issue because this kit has some good adjustability for the angle, both vertically and horizontally. The magnet holding the hand shower is very strong. It snaps on tight, even to the metal of my bathtub! I am confident it will hold up. The handshower hose is a bit short but it is otherwise good and doesn't tangle. I mostly only use the main wide coverage setting. With both the handshower and main showerhead on it, it provides an amazing, drenching spread of water. The massage function is STRONG, and if you turn it to just one of the heads, it is overpoweringly strong, which is great. Overall, this is a great kit. The only issue is the brushed nickel shows EVERY spot of water on it, but that doesn't bother me.

Doesn’t come with housing unit or hose

Love this shower head, great water pressure. Had purchased the entire kit from a big box store and bought this one for second shower. Shocked it was the hand unit only. You need to purchase housing unit and hose separately. That was very disappointing when received and realized. In hindsight not worth the cost but at least I had a spare hose and only needed the wand holder. Would’ve otherwise returned instead of paying $80 for the hose.

Works great

I had this a while before I was able to install it as I need to find the right holder to accomodate it for my slide bar. It required I get a holder that would allow me to tilt it down a bit, otherwise the stream would be going straight out instead of down. I really like this shower head. I find the pressure to be just right, the choice of streams adequate and it looks great in my shower.
