Heavy duty plastic adjustable arm

I really like this Korky trip lever bc it appears to be good quality and is adjustable for about any toilet tank. I have hard water & my trip lever that I have had only a few years with a brass arm would break off & need replaced. I have one similar to this with a plastic arm in another bathroom, and thankfully, have not had to replace it. Found this one and wanted to give it a try. Although, I did call customer service to find out if it would fit my toilet before ordering, and have received a response. MADE IN USA, sold me. I give it five stars.

Except for the price, it is perfect.

I wish it would cost less. Regardless, it is nice, seems to be universal (we installed it without any issues on our toilet), and it was a breeze to install. Highly recommended, especially if you can get it on sale.

A little loose

I love the look and feel of the handle very sturdy BUT it is a little loose abaingst the tank. I feel if I get a washer , it may keep it firmly in place.

Nice design, however not strong

Nice design, however not string gear, because is plastic. I bought two units and both broke so I end up buying two new stronger, metal only, units but they were more expensive, I had no choice, the gear is plastic and breaks easily under pressure. Very good for chain type toilet plugs!

Ordered and installed less than a year ago and it already broke! UPDATE: I reached out to the company and the sent me a replacement for free! Awesome customer service. Changing review to 4 stars due to great customer service.

Beautiful! But May have to trim down.

This looks fabulous in my white w/black trim, and blue bathroom. But, be prepared that you may have to trim down the flush arm on the kit if you have certain Kohler toilets, or you'll have an arm that will scrape and even get stuck against the inside of the tank, causing your toilet to not function properly.

Looks nice

This handle is easy to install. I'm not a big fan of plastic, but it does seem to be well made for what it is. It's adjustable and I haven't had any issues with it yet. Overall, it's exactly what I ordered.

Nice handle

Switched up my bathroom faucet for a Matte black one so needed a matching toilet lever. This one fit the bill both for aesthetic reasons and price. Would recommend

Satisfied with the quality and look. Not so much with the colour.

I brought brushed bronze. In pictures it look like the antique bronze/brushed bronze I'm going for but in person it has a reddish and silverish tone to it. I'm still thinking if I want to return it. To give some perspective, I'm going for a modern farmhouse style, looking for brushed antique bronze accessories to add some warm. I'm giving this product a 5 star for those who are ok with that undertone, the quality of the metal has weight to it and the lever does make my toilet look a lot more classy.

Liked it so much I brought a second

Changed the flush system on my toilet. The new system needed a spring loaded handle and this did the job. Not cheep but functional and should last. Happy enough with my first installation that I will repeat on a second. Hence purchase number two

Good Product Easy to Install

Great quality, very sturdy, easy to install, took me 15-20 minutes. But it would be much better if you can adjust 15 degree increments instead of 30. It would have added much more flexibility.

Great handle!

I bought this for the look. But it turns out its a great handle!! It can be adjust vertically AND horizontal inside the tank so the lift is right over the flapper. Witch makes it much easier to get it set right. The handle is also spring load so once you flush and let go. It springs back. No big deal. But a nice feature. Overall I am very pleased.
