Great for the early morning runs
This comfortable, lightweight hoodie provides just enough warmth for cooler morning and evening runs. It's also light enough to wear, like a T-shirt. I am also a fan of the Kryptek camouflage pattern. Even though it's not necessary during my run, I love how it looks.

Interesting plant-forms approach to urban camo, in a well-made, breathable hoodie
First, I liked the overall cut & fit. XXL works w/a little breathing room on this 48-50" torso w/long arms; the sleeves just cover the prominent ulna bone at the wrist. I haven't yet tried wetting the piece for hot weather wear--see other reviews for that--but it breathes well in humid early-summer air during moderate exertion. Second, the typhon camo design is attractive, & supposedly effective concealment in a night/urban setting; we'll see. In the meantime, it *appears to blend well with light-&-shadow on buildings as well as with leafy or evergreen trees & shrubs. I'd stay away from thorns & razor wire, though. A minor glitch: if you're primarily after concealment, mind the very light inner face of the hood; it shows, unless you turn the edges of the hood inward & secure them with a clip or strong pin under the chin; that limits the exit of body-warmed air at the neck, though. For 2.0 versions, Kryptek may want to cut the hood panels wider before assembly, and turn & stitch the typhon fabric in for an inch or more to avoid that flash of white around the jaw and neck. The customer might be able to do that for 1/2-3/4", but that would leave more of your face exposed; you'd need to cover your lower face with a balaclava, camo mesh, or some such. That said, I really like the garment overall in both design and construction. Wish list? I'd like to see Kryptek offer a poncho, both standard & backpack-cover cut, in their range of camo patterns, all w/secure snaps, plus matching grommets at the corners. And as long as I'm wishing, let's throw in neck gaiters, both winter fleece and summer quick-dry/soak-&-snap for cooling; the latter could have side mesh panels for venting, like the hoodie does.

Poor fit
Great product just poor fit for me. Might be great for most. I'm a big and tall person.

Meh
I ordered the raid/wolf gray. In the picture it shows cyan on the side and under arms. Mine came with gray, no problem but thought I should mention. I just received the package and tried it on. I like it but the stitching is awful. For a second I thought it was inside out. I see this falling apart very soon. The one I got was less than listed price. I would not pay $40+ for this product.

Awesome shirt
I highly recommend the Kryptek Zephyr Camo Hoodie. I do a lot of lake fly fishing and get sunburned more than I like to admit. This solved the problem. Lightweight and breathable this is my go to shirt when I grab my pontoon boat or float tube for a day on the water. The hoodie is a very nice addition, not bulky, so fits under my hat and protects the back of my neck

thin, good for summer
really wanted to love this shirt but cant. thin, runs a little small, feel like it would be very easy to snag, stitching not great. brand went cheap, made in china. but love the typhoon camo look!

Good for running
Grea look and feel. Love that it's spf blocking. Used for running and wicks sweat while still allowing you to wipe sweat. The vent panels on the sides work great. I don't use the hood to run but you can tuck it in so it doesn't flop around. Sleeves can be pulled up a few inches too without stretching. Overall great for runners in sunny weather.
