Fantastic upgrade

I was looking for a classic style lever handle that felt food in your hand and this fit the bill perfectly! My husband wanted our new lovers to feel a bit more durable and with the way these are made I am confident they will hold up to my family's use. They are a bit pricey, especially when doing multiple doors, but I am very pleased with the results so far. They were easy to install with a simple Phillips screwdriver.

some glitches but pretty good

I bought several of these levers to replace all of the outdated brass in my house. They are beautiful and work pretty good. I've had to remove the face plate on a few of them and retighten the screws because they seem to loosen and move a bit. I also have one handle that is used a lot (from the house into the garage) where the handle pops off from time to time. The tiny little screw in the base doesn't hold as well as it should. I just get out the tool they provided for install and reinstall the handle. But overall I'm pretty satisfied.

Bathroom upgrade... Impressed by the quality.

Wife and I like it. Bought our second one this month... Quick install (as replacement). You get what you pay for.

Great Quality and Attractive

These knobs are of excellent quality and very attractive. I bought over half a dozen of these and some other lesser expensive Kwickset round knobs of the same color (Venetian Bronze), as I have a LOT of doors in my house. (I put these expensive ones in the common areas and the lesser round expensive ones in the bedrooms to make my change out more economical.) They also feel pleasing to the hand when opening the door. (They replaced 25-year-old lever handles that had hollow backs that pinched the skin when grabbing the handle.) They are more attractive in person than in the picture, were very easy to install, and easy to clean. I highly recommend these knobs!

What a mess

Package arrived in box that was falling apart, and inside was this mess. We put it together and had a professional install the lock, but he tells me that the hex screw is too large. No way to get replacement screw, apparently. Beautiful handle but what a mess!

Looks great, solid construction, can't find these in local big box stores

The look and finish is great. I ordered 4 of these, and no missing parts or flaws in any of them. I didn't like anything in-stock at the local big-box stores, so I looked around on amazon until I found this model. The finish is fantastic, and really looks great with my new doors. Nice simple look. The internal workings seem to be sturdy and have a the handles move and lock well. They're pricier than your average door knobs, but completely worth it if you ask me.

Worked well for what I needed.

My kids broke my Ashfield Pewter Nickel door handle. So, because that colour/finish is no longer sold anywhere I bought this and just replaced the broken parts on my pewter handles. It worked perfectly.

Doesn't Include Drive In Collars

Despite being shown in the installation instructions, drive in collars are not included. When you call the 1-800 number for support, it simply instructs to you call another number and you will have to pay for the privilege of talking to a person.
