But I bought this thinking it was a too and bottom. Too expensive for just the top. Sent back.

Stay strips are uncomfortable.
Looks okay but the vertical stay strips that run underneath your arms to keep the material from folding in our way too long. This causes the top to just not be comfortable for very long. I remove the strips but now the top sort of folds in and collapses on the sides. I don't think it would be a problem if you are tall but if you are short it is an issue.
