Watch the Expiration Date
This product would have gotten a 5 star review as it is easy to use and performs well. However, the second batch I ordered in late January or early February arrived as an expired product. I did not realize this until I needed to use it about mid-February. Its expiration was Jan 8, 2020. It was expired before being sent to me. I conducted both a positive and a negative control, as I would normally. The media performed as normally expected detecting organisms present and demonstrating sterility. So I went ahead with the rest of the testing. If you order this really nice kit, be sure to check out the expiration date posted on the carton as soon as you receive it.

The link to ID the bacteria does not work
We followed all procedures and had wonderful growth. So, the problem- the link to the website!! What use is a growth medium without a way to identify the bacteria/fungi
