Must Have for FTM

I loved these so much I bought them several times. They work great if you keep them in the fridge. I can't express how much they helped me. I wouldn't suggest using with a balm or cream as it will break down the gel pad.

Soothing

I used these when breastfeeding my little one lead to sore nipple and recovery from thrush. You can cut the pads in half so they last longer. Very soothing when nothing else was working for me!

Perfect for a New Mom

Great product! I bought this for myself with all 3 of my babies and just recently for a new mom-to-be. The only reason I am rating this product "4 stars" is because of the packaging. The box came in an envelope with another item and clearly was abused on the way. Usually, I would only care if the item itself was damaged but being it was part of a gift - a smashed box doesn't exactly have an ideal appearance for a gift.

Thankful

I am so very thankful for these products. I have been nursing going on 3 years now and these are a true lifesaver. Put them in the fridge, keep the little plastic thingy it sticks to, and you can use it again and again. My son bit me while nursing.. and it was so irritated and painful.. I lathered in the lansinoh organic nipple cream and put this on top of it and let that marinate and it saved me it healed it up fast. These are also really wonderful for a new nursing mother because when you first start nursing your nips can feel like they’re bruised, and these make that ache go away quick. Just keep putting them back in the fridge to cool it down again, and reuse them when in need. I recommend this product to all nursing mothers. Not necessary to throw them out after using them one time.. they are extremely sticky they will last- just keep putting them in the fridge and save the plastic piece it comes with to keep it clean. And happy healing!

Nothing else worked for me

Must have for first few days * Keep them in the fridge so they are nice and cool when you need them * Stick really well for long periods of time * Can be used again and again * Really helped sooth sore nipples I’m my experience I wouldn’t wear these nonstop over a day just so that your nipples can have some air. I used them for an hour after each feed and then put them back in the fridge ready for the next feed.

Don’t waste your money

I was desperate and at the point where I’d try anything to soothe my sore nipples, but these just aren’t worth the money and you only get two in the box. At the point in breastfeeding you’re likely to need these, you’ll probably be producing a lot of milk, and if you leak these have to be disposed of immediately. Having said that, there was a great sense of relief when these were first applied, for about 30 seconds!!

LIFE SAVERS!

These helped me out so much. My baby was poorly and also having a growth spurt at the same time, so was feeding constantly. It was so sore! These gel pads were so easy to use... discreetly worn inside my bra between feeds and instantly effective! Wish I'd known about these sooner (19 month old ebf baby)! 5*

An absolute life’s saver!

The pads are a bit expensive and only last for around 72 hours, but after an initial week of difficult breast feeding, cracked nipples and agonising soreness it was worth every penny to get the immediate relief they provided. After the 72 hours my nipples have pretty much returned to their previous state before I started breast feeding, but I’ve bought another set just in case this happens again.

Meh

Easy to put on and they were cooling for a bit. However they kept coming off and getting full of fluff which made them stay on even less. A cool flannel for short periods was just as good tbh. Could have done without buying them.
