Cleaning out the hot tub. Lost a cap.

I’m glad I didn’t have to bother to go to the hardware store to get one of these. Just ordered it from amazon and waited. Once it arrived, it came out of the package easily, already had what looked to be a pretty good washer, and screwed down tight. Looks like a keeper to me, and better than the Dr Pepper cap I put on to keep the bugs out until this baby showed up.

Controls water from gushing out all at once

The media could not be loaded. Easy solution. Can leave the cap on, off, or add another hose. In my case, in San Diego, I just needed one hose and one cap for rainy days. Routed 15 foot hose to drain, works like a champ! This solution was better than a bulky Rain barrel.

Perfect fit, does the job

I used this as a shower head on a hose connected to a rain barrel (low pressure). Simply drilled a few holes in it and I had a perfect low pressure shower head. It fits on a standard hose very nicely.

Great replacement cooler drain cap

My Pelican Elite rolling cooler's only weak point is the silly plastic dongle that holds the drain cap on. After a few months it of course managed to break and the cap ultimately went missing. This fit the garden hose-sized drain fitting perfectly, at a dramatically lower price than having to replace the entire drain assembly from Pelican.
