Faulty

It took over two hours for the tech from Xfinity to finally figure out it was the outlet itself which was causing an intermittent fault on the phone line. As soon as he changed it out, the problem disappeared. So, I cannot recommend this product, and would suggest you look elsewhere, even though the brand has a good reputation.
