Works great
Easy to install. Replaced unused fan switch.

Not at the hardware store.
I like these but when installed they did not come flush with the face plate for some reason. I'm pretty sure I installed them correctly, but they are still a little recessed. Overall did the trick though.

No threads for decorative screws
As others have said, the holes where the little white screws go are unthreaded. So you'll be able to plug the hole where the toggle switch would go but you'll have two holes where the screws should go but can't. This is especially stupid because it would be easier to just be able to screw the filler to the plate rather than screwing it to the box and having to try to maneuver it with the other lights to line them all up. It doesn't quite match my wall plate in color but it is better than a blank spot, so, it mostly works for its intended purpose. So, the fix for the screw issue is to tap some threads. I was lucky enough to have a 6-32 tap in my kit and a minute later, I have two threaded holes. You could also get a self-tapping 6-32 screw and run it through the holes to get the threads. So, if you happen to have either of those things handy, you got this. If you don't have them...Leviton, just thread those holes and leave the wings that go to the box out, they are completely unnecessary.

Holes are too small!
The holes are too small to screw in the supplied screws and also the outlet cover screws! I almost stripped them both trying to screw them in!!! I guess I could have drilled a bigger hole but didn't want to crack the plastic. My solution was to force the long screw in the hole, which is why the screws were a little stripped! I had to use another screw I had to finish off the install with the switch plate cover. Not happy, to say the least!

Solves a puzzle
If you need to eliminate a switch to a unwanted ceiling fan in my case this is the solution. Instead of leaving a switch to nothing on the wall or on a gang switch plate install this blank

good value
worked as designed providing a blank in a 3-gang switch cover

Easy fix
Quick and clean way to eliminate a switch without changing the face plate (impossible in my case). "No brainer".

A little flimsy but works
A little more recessed and flimsier than I would have preferred but it serves its purpose. I used it to fill a slot on my three switch plate (ceiling fan used to take two switches before it was combined with the remote module. It doesn’t stick out of the plate’s hole as far as I’d like but it might be the plate’s fault (a “designer” plat that is thicker than the regular plastic one). It’s all plastic and seems flimsy so be careful of snapping it when screwing it in.

Just what I was looking for.
Overpriced piece of plastic, but I could not find this item at any of the electrical or hardware stores where I live. Did the trick!

Looks Good
Expensive for a piece of plastic but It works, looks good - I only bought it because I bought Leviton 88111 3-Gang Toggle Device Switch Wallplate, Oversized, Therm and wanted to make sure the color matched and it does, its not sold locally. Over budget on the project but overall very satisfied. Now lets see if they last.
