NOT Decora Compatible!! For RENU Brand ONLY

I ordered a few of these to take a look, given the low price. They are nice enough looking (though "pillow" edges rather than straight, thicker Claro faceplate edges), but it turns out that they can ONLY be installed onto an underlying Renu brand switch or receptacle. THERE IS NO WAY TO ATTACH them to any other brand of electrical fixtures, NOT EVEN LEVITON's regular Decora-compatible switches & outlets. So if you are changing all of your electrical switches & receptacles anyway, and you choose the Renu brand, then you can use these. However, if you use RENU -- no other brand of faceplates will work with your fixtures!! The opening is a proprietary Renu-brand larger size. I personally wouldn't want to be locked in -- after all, unless Leviton starts giving these away in huge quantities for free to developers & contractors, this "special" size isn't going to catch on & they will discontinue it . . .
