Missing pieces and no instructions…fish dead

Update…fish is dead. Bought this aquarium to give our Betta a new space. Thought it was nice that if we ordered this tank, it would also come along with a light, heater, and algae pad. Figured why not make our life a little simpler by buying the all in one package? But sadly, our order didn’t include any of those extras. We didn’t even get instructions with the tank. Going back to our original plan of getting a separate heater & a separate light.
