Questionable reliability and quality standards
I bought a 2020 Springdale travel trailer last year. This year we went on a camping trip and found that the faucet was leaking from the handle assembly. After some digging I finally determined that it was this make/model. So strike 1 for being only a little over a year old and very lightly used, and already having a leak. Strike 2 came when I realized that there is no way to remove and replace the "guts" of the handle where the leak is occurring. I'd have to buy a whole new faucet, which is ridiculous that all of this stainless steel has to go to waste because a plastic part inside went bad! Still, I decided that in order to ensure the easiest replacement, I'd buy the same model faucet (especially given that it was one of the least expensive options). The new faucet arrived the day before my next camping trip so I decided to take it with me and replace it at the campground. The removal of the old faucet was super simple...only a couple minutes... so it looked like the installation would be just as easy. It was....until it wasn't. Installed the faucet to the counter, screwed the water lines to the trailer's water lines and tightened everything up.... super easy....turned on the water and water proceeded to start shooting out of both water line attachment points. Turned off the water quickly and disconnected the lines only to find that there should have been 2 rubber washer inserts that slip into the ends of the faucet's water lines, but they were missing. Searched the box contents and found none. Looked through the installation instructions for a parts list and found no mention of them. Luckily the ones on the old faucet still looked in good condition, so I was able to reuse them. Strike 3! I will say, once the washer issue was sorted, the faucet worked fine for the remainder of the camping trip, and hopefully it will continue to work well. Only time will tell....
