Keeps my hand from burning and can be moved between my various skillets

I recently purchased this silicone handle cover for my Lodge cast iron skillet, and it has been a game changer! The material is thick and incredibly heat resistant, making it easy to go from stove to oven without any worry. At first glance, it may seem a bit big compared to the handle of your pan, but the thick teeth inside hold it on securely. While it may wiggle a bit, it doesn't affect the overall effectiveness of the cover. I've tried other pot holder types before, but they were always too clumsy and didn't fit my skillet properly. This silicone holder, on the other hand, fits perfectly and is a breeze to clean. Overall, if you're looking for a solid handle cover that can withstand high temperatures and is easy to use and clean, this is definitely the one for you. Highly recommend!

Great product

I prefer this version over the cloth one, it is easier to hold and does not allow the heat to penetrate. I also leave it on the handle when I store the pan in the oven after cleaning, even if the oven is still warm because the silicon can take the heat.

This silicone hot handle fits the frying pan handle ( Lodge 12” cast iron skillet) perfectly, keeps us safe from burns, and appears to be well made. I recommend it.

Doesn't quite fit a Field Skillet handle

The grip is comfortable and heat resistant, but there's a little bit of wiggle room when using a Field skillet. A standard oven mitt type of cast iron handle grip fit better in the past.

Great for pan handles.

You can use this with lodge or any cast iron pan in most cases. It keeps your hand from being burnt or accidentally touching the handle. It's useful for sure.

Compared to a cloth handle holder, it slips around way too much, and it only fits my lodge, not my other cast iron pan handles. Good purchase though, works as advertised.

Not for Lodge 10.25 griddle

5 stars for the quality. One star less as it loosely fit my lodge 10.25 griddle. I returned it as it was too risky to handle

Works okay

Definitely cool to touch even when pan very hot. Easy to clean. I throw in dishwasher. A bit loose on the fit though which for me makes it feel a little precarious when lifting a heavy full pan. Often end up using oven gloves to grab the other side anyway
