Tough length for short people

I wish I sent this back… I think it runs large, and perhaps that’s a big part of my problem. The puffy sleeves, loose waist, and long hem all make this feel a little prairie-ish to me. The color is fantastic- I’m just not sure it will be worth it to shorten the skirt.

Generous sizing

Ordered teal got emerald green. Not a good look for me. The blue was nice but I ordered 18 because that was what was available, it was too big. Going back. Fabric is weird. Like the lined bodice, though.
